A sweet earthy taste unlike other berries. Fresh gooseberry and passion-fruit flavour-aromas and hints of raspberry, combined with the floral aromatic notes of carnations and roses. An underlying tannic structure adds complexity and balance to the blackcurrant's acidity and sweetness.
